Terms & Conditions :

•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Rates quoted denotes with ++ are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	Rates are not subject to any Peak Period Surcharge.
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM 60.00 nett per bed per night with 1 breakfast.
•	No charge for children under 12 years old occupying same rooms as parents (without extra bed).
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 3.00 pm

•	No charge for children under the age of 12 years old sharing the same room with parent without extra bed.

•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night room charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 7 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
